What payment methods are accepted?
- Litecoin (LTC) Automatic — credits added on confirmation (preferred)
- Bitcoin (BTC) Automatic — credits added on confirmation (not preferred)
- Solana (SOL) Manual — staff confirms payment

LTC and BTC top-ups are automatic once paid on-chain — we recommend LTC for faster confirmation. Voucher codes can also be redeemed on the Top Up page.
How do I get credits?
Use the credits menu → Top Up to pay with Litecoin or Bitcoin (both automatic on confirmation — LTC preferred), or redeem a voucher code on the Top Up page.
I paid but didn't get my credits
Credits are added automatically once your Litecoin or Bitcoin payment confirms (small wallet fee differences within about $0.50 are accepted). If your balance still didn't update, open a support ticket or email support@erratas.com with your Top-up ID and transaction details.
What if a lookup fails?
Automatic lookups (stealer, aggregated breach, live OSINT, person search) that fail or return no usable results are fully refunded — credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Manual orders are only eligible for a 50% refund if fulfillment fails, because staff time and labor are incurred during processing. Open a support ticket if you believe an order was not delivered as expected.
What's the difference between Lookup and Order?
Lookup runs instant automated searches. Orders are manual premium reports fulfilled by staff.
How long do orders take?
Orders are processed manually — timing depends on staff availability. Check Order History on your Dashboard once delivered.
I lost my serial code
Serial codes cannot be recovered. Contact support via ticket if you need account assistance.
