If you want your account and associated records deleted, open a support ticket with the subject Data removal — account and include your serial code. We will verify ownership and process the request.

Personal information in reports

If your personal information appears in data returned by a lookup or order and you believe you have a lawful right to have it removed, submit a ticket with the subject Data removal — personal info.

Include enough detail for us to identify the record (e.g. email, name, order ID) and the reason for your request. We review each request individually.

Third-party sources

Many results come from external OSINT and CSINT databases. Removal from our platform does not guarantee removal from upstream sources. We can advise on next steps where applicable.

Response time

Removal requests are handled manually. Allow up to 14 business days for a response. Urgent matters can also be raised on our Telegram channel.
