What we collect
When you create an account we generate a serial code — this is your only login credential. We store your credit balance, lookup and order history, support tickets, and any contact details you provide for order delivery.
We do not collect passwords, real names, or email addresses unless you voluntarily provide them for order contact or support.
How we use data
Account data is used to operate the platform: processing lookups, fulfilling orders, managing credits, and responding to support requests. Lookup queries and order submissions are processed to deliver the service you request.
Third-party services
Lookups and orders may query third-party OSINT and CSINT data providers. Those providers have their own privacy practices. We do not sell your account data to third parties.
Data retention
Account records, order history, and support tickets are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data — see our Data Removal page.
