Rules for using Erratas Investigations.
Lawful use only
This platform provides OSINT and CSINT tools for lawful research, security work, and investigative purposes. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited uses include harassment, stalking, identity theft, unauthorized access, and any activity that violates privacy or data-protection laws.
Accounts & credits
Accounts are identified by a serial code generated at signup. You are responsible for keeping it secure — serial codes cannot be recovered if lost.
Credits are purchased as one-time packages, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled at staff discretion via support ticket.
Lookups & orders
Instant lookups run automatically. Premium orders are fulfilled manually by staff — delivery times vary. Results are provided as-is from third-party sources; we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
Availability
We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, or legal reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
